Biography:
Jessica grew up in the small but vibrant town of Dillsburg, Pennsylvania. She received a B.S. from Gettysburg College, where she graduated with honors. While at Gettysburg, she worked with Dr. Timothy Funk synthesizing nitrile-ligated iron complexes and exploring their reactivity in transfer oxidations and reductions. She was also a member of the Sceptical Chymist Club and the Bullets Marching Band. She enjoys music and movies, as well as exploring all that Boston has to offer.
