Studies in the Spirituality of Jesuits

Studies in the Spirituality of Jesuits is a journal dedicated to Jesuit history and spirituality, examining the spiritual doctrine and practice of Society of Jesus through scholarly essays. It is a product of the Seminar on Jesuit Spirituality, whose membership is composed of Jesuits appointed from their provinces in the United States.

The interactive chart lists all the volumes of Studies currently available through the Jesuit Online Library (1969-2019). The library database allows for full-text searching of volumes, either simultaneously or individually.

With this chart, however, you can browse all the available volumes–limiting results to a particular range of years (1983-2008, for example, for the issues published during Kolvenbach’s generalate) or to particular author (from Arrupe and Bergoglio to Padberg and Tetlow) or to terms appearing in the article’s title.
