Talks

Talks will be 12 minutes + 3 minutes for questions and change over.

To manage efficient transitions, all talks must be uploaded as PDF to the Google Drive folder by Sunday, June 2.
Check your email for link.
Name your file as “Session#_Talk#_LastName.pdf” for example “Session1_Talk1_Ceppi.pdf”.

Posters

Poster boards are 30″ x 40″ (76.2cm x 101.6cm). Poster boards will be mounted on easels, so posters can be displayed either vertically or horizontally (landscape).

Each board is double-sided. All posters can be hung simultaneously throughout the entire week, and boards will be flipped over to display the appropriate poster for each session.

Breakout discussions

If you are leading a breakout discussion and would like to bring slides to show, please upload them as PDF also to the Google Drive folder by Sunday, June 2.
Check your email for link.
Name your file as “Breakout_Session#_Disc#_LastName.pdf” for example “Breakout_Session1_Disc1_TsushimaMauristen.pdf”.
