ITS Data Services Team has organized Boston College data into a domains and subdomain structure. Much like a table of contents for a book, this provides some context and serves as an aid to learning about University data. Domains and subdomains are hierarchical groupings of related information. As an example, Human Resources is a domain and Base Benefits is a subdomain living within that domain. University data is supported by over 800 applications and managed by hundreds of departments.
