Description of Data Collection:
We keep records of our consultation contacts with individuals. These records include statements about the outcome of the interventions. Further, we receive regular feedback from consultees on effectiveness and helpfulness from those who use this service.
Review Process:
All clinicians complete reports on consultation contacts. The records of these contacts become part of our electronic record keeping system and are subject to analyses and summary reports. The Associate Director of UCS oversees the data collection and analysis.
Resulting Program Changes:
The system has been working effectively for many years. Feedback from users has been positive and no changes have been made as a result of the feedback. Our data show consistently high levels of utilization of consultative services. The effectiveness of our consultation service is monitored by UCS leadership through review of feedback from users. Reports from consultees remain consistently positive of the accessibility and efficacy of consultation contacts.
