Description of Data Collection:
Completed a survey of registered students, which included questions about how they learned about the DSO, if they found the staff helpful regarding the identification of appropriate accommodations and how well the approved accommodations were implemented.
Review Process:
Institutional Research collected and analyzed the data last year as part of Administrative Program Review. The DSO will conduct research moving forward.
Resulting Program Changes:
We have just finished the Administrative Program Review which entailed the gathering and analyzing of data, and we are scheduled to meet with VPSA regarding the implementation of new measures to address DSO challenges this month (August 2021). We ask for feedback throughout the retreat and then we also perform a survey after each retreat where we evaluate progress on learning outcomes.
