Description of Data Collection:

In the spring of 2021, we completed an annual survey of all students who had been in case management for the last 2 years, we utilized Campus Labs and Quatrics. The survey was mostly a satisfaction survey assessing what students knew about case management services, their experience in case management and then looking specifically at their learning about and subsequent ability to access resources on and off campus.


Review Process:

Our GA for Case Management created and implemented the survey, and she along with the SOSS team interpreted the results. We intend to complete this assessment every 2 years.


Resulting Program Changes:

Based on students’ feedback about sometimes feeling overwhelmed with an amount of information, we instituted the use of a “Support plan” document, so that students can have a written plan. The first assessment we did was in spring 2021, we will continue to utilize that data to improve services and complete another survey this year to evaluate progress.
