Project Goal:
\nTo our group, spirituality means to be attuned to ourselves through reflection and self awareness. One way we can increase self awareness and understanding of self is through an increased ability to be able to verbalize our thoughts and emotions that we go through.
\nEmotional differentiation is one\u2019s ability to accurately identify and distinguish one\u2019s emotion. Often, many people are limited in labeling how they feel. For example, they oversimplify their complex emotions with mere, \u201cI feel angry,\u201d or \u201cI am sad.\u201d But the wider one\u2019s vocabulary word bank and deeper one\u2019s skill for understanding nuances of different emotions is, the more fluency and accuracy one has in being able to detect one\u2019s emotion specifically.
\nWe developed this product to explore ways we can not only distinguish between emotions, but also understand the nuance of it. We drew inspiration from Russian dolls to convey the concept of unveiling further nuances of underlying emotions. <\/p>\n
