Single Form – Paper- Project Proposal Due 10/15 by Noon

If you are proposing to submit an academic paper for your final project, please complete and submit the following form along with any relevant supplementary material by Friday, October 15th at noon.

1. Identify what type of academic paper you’re hoping to submit:
