Prior to joining the faculty at BC, Regan was a postdoctoral fellow in the cognitive&nbsp;sciences&nbsp;department at Dartmouth College, working with Jonathan Phillips, and in the psychology department at Harvard University, working with Fiery Cushman and Josh Greene. She has been part of the Bernhard Lab since Spring 2025. She was part of the Bernhard Lab since Spring 2024, and completed her Senior Honors Thesis. Her research investigated the social learning speeds of minority students at predominantly white institutions, and seeks to provide support for the Cultural Red King hypothesis which posits that minority groups learn at a faster rate. After graduating in 2024, she spent a year working in healthcare consulting in NYC. She recently moved back to Boston to start a post-baccalaureate premedical program at Harvard Extension School in addition to a new role as a Clinical Research Coordinator in onconephrology at MGH.
