The meeting was held at the Institute Antartico Chileno (INACH) building and was supported by the National Science Foundation. The meeting brought together a group of many Chilean and US scientists that have been involved with the SAMBA project, in addition to some new young scientists, students and postdocs, from both countries that are starting their research within the project.\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/magnetometers.bc.edu\/images\/meetings\/PANphoto1.png\"><\/a>The meeting reviewed the past 5 years of the project along with the future direction of the project that is included in the proposed iMAGS project. It was an extremely successful meeting that strengthened the ties between the US and Chilean scientists.
