1. Becoming a Certified FSI-R Interventionist
The path to become a certified FSI-R Interventionist involves initial training and rigorous evaluation to ensure competence in delivering the FSI-R program to families.
Eligibility
- Interventionists who excel in FSI-R delivery may be invited to join Seed Team training
- Must have completed FSI-R training and have experience delivering the intervention
2. Becoming a Certified FSI-R Trainer
Training Phases
| Phase | Description |

| Learn | Observe and absorb training techniques from Master RPCA Trainers. |
| Co-teach | Role-play and co-facilitate modules. |
| Takeover | Independently present modules to peers. |
| Deliver | Lead full training session for new interventionists. |
Requirement: All Seed Team Trainers are required to renew their certification annually.
