CSC FAQ

Do I have to drop off my child at 7:30 a.m.?
No. The drop off time is between 7:30 a.m. and 9:30 a.m.

Do you follow a schedule?
Yes, please see the Daily Schedule.

Do you take fieldtrips?
No.   Due to Covid-19 restrictions we are unable to take any field trips.

What are the teacher’s qualifications?
Please see the Meet the Staff page.

How do you deal with children who have allergies?
The CSC is a nut-free environment. If a child requires an Epi-pen or Benadryl for a known allergy, the parent must indicate this on the enrollment form upon admission and supply those items to the CSC on or before the first day the child attends.  The director will send the parent medical forms that the child’s doctor needs to complete before the first day the child attends CSC.

Do you celebrate the children’s birthdays?
Yes.   Parents can send in a special book to be read to the class.

What do I need to bring on the first day of school?
An extra set of clothes, diapers and wipes, pull-ups, extra underwear, appropriate outdoor clothing, a lunch if staying past noon, a crib sheet for the mat and a pillow and blanket if your child is staying for rest time.

Do I need to pack a snack for my child? Yes. Parents provide snack and water cup for their child to have.
We maintain a nut-free environment and ask that parents check all ingredients to make sure the food item does not contain nuts or have been processed in factory that may contain nuts.
